Ferries in Suspended Operation
The ferry from Korsakov, Russia to Wakkanai, Japan was suspended in 2019.
Ferry services between Vladivostok, Russia and Nanao City, Japan have been suspended (Japan requested the suspension for fire safety reasons), and there are no plans to resume.
The New Jian Zhen ferry from Shanghai, China to Osaka, Japan was suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Cargo transportation has now resumed, but because the New Jian Zhen carries a large amount of cargo, it is inconvenient to dock at the Shanghai Port International Passenger Transport Center Terminal in the city center. The Shanghai Jungong Road Terminal (Pujiang) does not currently have the conditions for passenger inspection (construction is being accelerated), so passenger transportation has not yet resumed and is expected to resume in 2025. Ferries from mainland China to Taiwan Island may not have resumed passenger transport, but ferries from mainland China to Kinmen Island and the Matsu Islands of Taiwan have resumed operation.
The route from Pingtan, Fujian, China to Taipei Port, Taiwan is not marked on the map. This route has not yet resumed passenger transport.
The passenger route from Lianyungang, China to Pyeongtaek, South Korea has not yet resumed.
The route from Yingkou, China to Incheon, South Korea has not yet resumed passenger services.
The route from Tianjin, China to Incheon, South Korea has been temporarily suspended due to the expiration of the ship’s service life and is expected to resume operation after the ship is replaced.
The passenger route from Rongcheng Longyan Bay, China to Pyeongtaek, South Korea, will be suspended in 2025.

The route is usually half in the Seto Inland Sea and half in the East China Sea. The Seto Inland Sea section is smooth and the mobile phone signal is stable, while the East China Sea section is magnificent.
The new ship has a paid Wi-Fi service, 50rmb/500mb.
