kas User Agreement

Important Notice

  1. Users must fully understand and agree to abide by this Agreement before using the kas app.

  2. Users may view and download kas app content only for the following purposes:

  • For personal use by the user, non-commercial use, and only accessible by logging into the user’s own account.

In all other cases, you must obtain written permission from kas app to copy, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or publicly display kas app content. Users agree not to use kas app for sale, trade, or other commercial purposes. Users may not use threatening, abusive, vulgar, discourteous, or criminal language. Users may also not post or transmit information or materials that infringe on the rights of any third party or contain viruses or other harmful components. kas app reserves the right to delete or edit any information or materials submitted by users.

Please read this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) carefully before using kas (hereinafter referred to as “this App”). This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and the kas developer regarding your use of this App.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using this App, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please stop using this App immediately and uninstall it.

Continuing to use this App constitutes your acceptance of the latest version of this Agreement.

Article 1 Definitions and Interpretation

1.1 This App: Refers to the kas application and all its functions, services, and content.

1.2 User: Refers to any individual who downloads, installs, accesses, or uses this App.

1.3 App Store Account: Refers to the user account system provided by the App Store.

1.4 IPA File: Refers to the iOS application package file.

1.5 Developer: Refers to the developer and operator of the kas application.

Article 2 Service Description

2.1 Function Overview

This App provides users with the following functions:

  • Account management
  • App search and query
  • App information display
  • App purchase history management
  • App version information query

2.2 Nature of Service

This App is currently provided for free but contains advertising content. The Developer reserves the right to introduce paid features, subscription services, or other business models in the future.

2.3 Local Operation

This App currently runs primarily locally on the user’s device and does not rely on backend servers. However, the Developer reserves the right to add server-side functions in the future.

Article 3 Conditions and Restrictions of Use

3.1 Eligibility

3.1.1 This App is for personal non-commercial use only.

3.1.2 This App is open to humans and other intelligent life forms.

3.1.3 Users must have full capacity for civil conduct, or use this App under the consent and guidance of a guardian.

3.2 Account Usage Rules

[Important] Users please pay special attention to the following account usage rules:

3.2.1 Own Account Only: Users can only log in and use the App Store Account they legally own. Using others’ accounts is strictly prohibited.

3.2.2 No Payment Accounts: Users must not use an App Store Account bound to any payment method (including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Alipay, etc.) to log in to this App. If a user violates this rule and causes any actual expenditure, deduction, or other financial consequences, the user shall bear full responsibility.

3.2.3 Account Security Responsibility:

  • Users should properly keep their App Store Account and password safe
  • It is strictly prohibited to provide one’s App Store Account to others for logging into this App
  • It is strictly prohibited to use others’ App Store Accounts to log into this App
  • Users shall bear all consequences such as account theft, information leakage, property loss, etc., caused by violation of the above regulations

3.3 Prohibited Behaviors

Users shall not engage in the following behaviors when using this App:

3.3.1 Use this App for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Providing paid services to others
  • Batch processing accounts or apps
  • Reselling or distributing content obtained through this App
  • Used for any profitable business

3.3.2 Violate the App Store’s terms of service, usage policies, or other relevant regulations.

3.3.3 Use this App for any illegal, infringing, or improper activities.

3.3.4 Attempt to crack, decompile, modify this App, or bypass any technical restriction measures.

3.3.5 Interfere with or disrupt the normal use of this App or other users.

3.3.6 Disseminate content containing viruses, malicious code, or other harmful components.

3.3.7 Share or disseminate the installation package (APK file) of this App to prevent the spread of tampered virus versions.

Article 4 Risk Warning and Disclaimer

4.1 App Store Terms of Service Risk

4.1.1 Using this App may violate the App Store’s terms of service. The App Store has the right to take measures such as restricting, suspending, or permanently banning accounts that violate its terms of service.

4.1.2 Users fully understand and accept that: The Developer assumes no responsibility if the App Store Account is warned, restricted, suspended, or permanently banned due to the use of this App.

4.1.3 Users should assess the risks of using this App on their own and bear all possible consequences.

4.2 Account Security Risk

4.2.1 Risk of Using Others’ Accounts:

  • May violate laws and regulations
  • May infringe on others’ privacy rights
  • May lead to criminal or civil liability
  • May lead to account bans or property loss

4.2.2 Risk of Account Being Used by Others:

  • Personal privacy information may be leaked
  • May incur unauthorized charges
  • May lead to account bans
  • May incur legal liability

4.2.3 Users fully understand and voluntarily assume the above risks.

4.3 Functional Limitations and Service Interruptions

4.3.1 This App does not guarantee that all functions will operate normally at all times.

4.3.2 This App may experience service interruptions, functional failures, or data loss due to the following reasons:

  • The App Store modifies its API or service policies
  • Network connection issues
  • Device compatibility issues
  • Software defects or errors
  • Force majeure factors

4.3.3 The Developer assumes no responsibility for any losses caused by the above reasons.

4.4 Data Security

4.4.1 This App uses encryption technology to store user account information locally.

4.4.2 The Developer strives to protect user data security but does not guarantee absolute security.

4.4.3 Users should take appropriate measures to protect their devices and data, including:

  • Setting device lock screen passwords
  • Not using in public or insecure network environments
  • Regularly backing up important data
  • Timely updating the operating system and this App

4.4.4 The Developer assumes no responsibility for data leakage or loss caused by the user’s own reasons (such as device loss, password leakage, etc.).

4.5 Copyright of Downloaded Content

4.5.1 The copyright of all iOS apps and their content queried, managed, or accessed through this App belongs to the original developers.

4.5.2 Users only obtain a license for personal non-commercial use and shall not engage in the following behaviors:

  • Use for commercial purposes
  • Publicly disseminate or distribute
  • Modify, decompile, or crack
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of the original developers

4.5.3 Any legal liability caused by the user’s infringement of third-party intellectual property rights shall be borne by the user.

Article 5 Advertising Services

5.1 Ad Display

This App contains advertising content to support the development and operation of the App.

5.2 Ad Format

Ads are displayed via web pages. Web pages may request data-related permissions from users.

5.3 Third-Party Ads

5.3.1 Advertising content is provided by third-party advertising service providers.

5.3.2 Any transactions or disputes between users and third-party advertisers are unrelated to this App, and the Developer assumes no responsibility.

5.3.3 Users bear the relevant risks themselves after clicking on ads and jumping to third-party websites or apps.

5.4 Data Collection

5.4.1 This App itself does not collect users’ personal data or usage data.

5.4.2 Advertising service providers may collect user data according to their privacy policies. Users should consult the relevant third-party privacy policies themselves.

Article 6 Privacy Protection

6.1 Data Collection

This App does not collect, store, or transmit users’ personal information to remote servers (except for advertising service providers).

6.2 Local Data Storage

6.2.1 User accounts and passwords are stored in the local database of the user’s device using encryption technology.

6.2.2 This App will not upload user account information to any server.

6.3 Network Permissions

This App requires the following permissions to implement core functions:

  • Internet Access Permission (INTERNET): Used to connect to the App Store’s servers for app queries and operations
  • Network State Access Permission (ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Used to check network connection status

6.4 Third-Party Services

This App currently does not use other third-party services except for advertising services.

6.5 Future Changes

If backend servers or other functions requiring the collection of user data are introduced in the future, the Developer will update this Agreement and clearly inform users.

Article 7 Intellectual Property

7.1 App Ownership

All intellectual property rights of this App, including but not limited to software code, interface design, icons, text, images, etc., belong to the Developer.

7.2 Usage License

The Developer grants users a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable usage license.

7.3 Restrictions

Users shall not:

  • Copy, modify, adapt this App
  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code
  • Remove or modify copyright notices in the App
  • Create derivative works based on this App

7.4 Third-Party Content

The intellectual property rights of iOS apps and their content accessed through this App belong to the original developers and are unrelated to this App.

Article 8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Scope of Disclaimer

The Developer assumes no responsibility for the following situations:

8.1.1 Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages caused by the use or inability to use this App.

8.1.2 User App Store Account being banned, restricted, or otherwise penalized.

8.1.3 Any loss suffered by the user due to violation of this Agreement or App Store terms of service.

8.1.4 Problems caused by the user’s own reasons (such as improper operation, device issues, network issues, etc.).

8.1.5 Problems caused by the actions or policy changes of third parties (including but not limited to App Store, advertising service providers).

8.1.6 Service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, wars, government actions, etc.).

8.1.7 Any financial expenditure or loss incurred by the user during use.

8.1.8 The accuracy, completeness, reliability, or applicability of content obtained through this App.

8.1.9 Others that the Developer believes should not be held responsible for.

8.2 Liability for Compensation

The Developer has explained various risks to the user. In any case, the Developer assumes no responsibility.

8.3 User Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold the Developer harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from the user’s violation of this Agreement or violation of laws and regulations.

Article 9 Service Change and Termination

9.1 Service Change

9.1.1 The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the functions of this App at any time without prior notice to users.

9.1.2 The Developer reserves the right to modify the charging model, add paid features, or adjust ad displays at any time.

9.1.3 Service changes may result in users being unable to continue using certain functions, and the Developer assumes no responsibility for this.

9.2 Service Termination

9.2.1 The Developer may decide to permanently terminate the operation of this App at any time.

9.2.2 The Developer will try to notify users of the decision to terminate the service in advance, but assumes no obligation to notify.

9.2.3 After service termination, users should immediately stop using this App and uninstall it.

9.3 Account Termination

The Developer has the right to terminate or restrict user use in the following situations:

  • User violates any term of this Agreement
  • User engages in illegal, infringing, or improper behavior
  • At the request of government or judicial authorities
  • To protect other users or public interests
  • Other situations deemed necessary by the Developer

Article 10 Agreement Modification

10.1 Right to Modify

The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.

10.2 Notification Method

After the Agreement is modified, the Developer will notify users through one or more of the following ways:

10.3 Effective Time

10.3.1 The modified Agreement takes effect from the date of publication.

10.3.2 Users continuing to use this App after the Agreement modification are deemed to accept the modified Agreement.

10.3.3 If users do not agree to the modified Agreement, they should immediately stop using this App and uninstall it.

Article 11 Security Reminder

11.1 Official Channels

11.2 Prevent Virus Spread

11.2.1 Please only share official links when sharing, do not share APK files.

  • Personal information leakage
  • Containing viruses or malicious code
  • Account theft or ban
  • Property loss
  • Legal liability

11.2.3 The Developer is not responsible for any losses caused by non-official versions.

11.3 Security Suggestions

11.3.1 Regularly check for app updates and use the latest version.

11.3.2 Do not use this App in insecure network environments.

11.3.3 Properly keep the device safe and set a lock screen password.

11.3.4 If account abnormalities are found, change the password immediately and stop using this App.

Article 12 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Applicable Law

The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

12.2.1 Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties.

12.2.2 If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in the court of the region noted in 12.1.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the extent possible to achieve its intent, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Article 13 Other Terms

13.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and the Developer regarding the use of this App, superseding any prior oral or written agreements.

13.2 No Waiver

The Developer’s failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right or remedy under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of such right or remedy.

13.3 Headings

The headings in this Agreement are for convenience of reading only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms of this Agreement.

13.4 Language

This Agreement is written in Simplified Chinese. If there are other language versions, the Simplified Chinese version shall prevail.

Article 14 Special Declaration

14.1 Relationship with App Store

14.1.1 This App is not an official product of the App Store and has not been endorsed, sponsored, or approved by the App Store.

14.1.2 There is no cooperation, affiliation, or agency relationship between this App and the App Store.

14.2 User Discretion

Users decide whether to use this App on their own based on a full understanding of the functions, risks, and all contents of this Agreement.

14.3 Risk Assumption

All risks of using this App are borne by the user. The Developer only provides technical tools and is not responsible for the way, purpose, and consequences of the user’s use of this App.

Article 15 Confirmation and Consent

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using this App, you confirm:

✓ You have fully read, fully understood, and completely agreed to all the contents of this Agreement

✓ You understand that using this App may violate the App Store terms of service and may result in account bans

✓ You understand the risks and consequences of using others’ accounts or giving accounts to others for use

✓ You agree to use only your own App Store Account that is not bound to a payment method

✓ You agree to use this App only for personal, non-commercial purposes

✓ You agree to bear all risks and consequences of using this App yourself

✓ You agree to the Developer’s disclaimer and limitation of liability within the scope agreed in this Agreement

✓ You agree that this Agreement may be modified at any time, and continuing to use constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement

If you do not agree to any of the above contents, please stop using this App immediately and uninstall it.

The final interpretation right of this Agreement belongs to the kas Developer.
